BREDFIELD VILLAGE SHOP
Thank you to everyone for being so patient with queues and supply problems during the lockdown! We have been hugely busy which is wonderful, and the shop is continuing to do well.
Since the lockdown, we have been operating a ‘serve at the door’ system, but as from Friday 24th July, we will resume normal practice of customers being able to come into the shop - provided they are wearing a mask and numbers will be restricted to a maximum of two people.
For those forgetting a mask, or who prefer to stay outside, you can be served from the door.
The staff will be wearing either visors or masks and will continue to observe strict hygiene procedures, and can still serve customers at the door if they prefer not to come in.
Teas and coffees are now being offered in takeaway cups and can be enjoyed as before at the outside tables.
We are as well-stocked as ever with loads of local produce. Summer fruit is now in full swing, and seasonal vegetables are available, with top-up deliveries throughout the week, and fresh bread and milk three times a week.
At the beginning of August, we are even expecting a supply of Suffolk Sea Salt, from the Ipswich saltery! Here's hoping for a lovely summer, with plenty of sun to beat the virus!
