Governance Plan

Bredfield Parish Council complies with the Transparency Code for Smaller Authorities.

This means we publish on-line:

• The agenda and associated papers for any meeting no later than three clear days before the meeting date.
• A list of councillor responsibilities.
• An annual governance statement.
• Details of public land and building assets (description, location, owner/custodian, date and cost of acquisition and present use).
• End of Year Accounts accompanied by a bank reconciliation 
• All items of expenditure above £100 including a summary of the purpose of the purchase.
• The Internal Audit report.

Accounting documents are published by 1^st July following the end of the financial year to which they relate.
